1. Strategic Partner Development Manager (Media)
Responsibilities :
- Identify strategic partners, educate them on Facebook’s platform and technology, manage its implementation and optimization
- Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct executive relationships with Facebook’s key partners
- Proactively resolve business issues with partners

Requirements :
- Fluent in English language and Bahasa Indonesia

- Basic technical knowledge with deep knowledge of the Facebook Platform
- Proven track record launching successful Facebook integrations
- Knowledge of Indonesia media landscape, including TV, print and digital with deep contacts

2. Counsel, Southeast Asia (Bahasa Indonesia-speaking)
Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with the APAC and global legal teams, as well as public policy, communications and tax, to advise on legal matters across Southeast Asia
- Advisory and project management responsibility with respect to a broad range of legal subjects including corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Participation in other projects (both Asia and global based) as directed
Requirements :
- LLB, JD or equivalent degree and excellent academic credentials from a top law school
- 4-7 years legal experience with at least three years at top-tier US, UK or Singapore law firm
- Superior English communication skills required, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- In-house experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience advising clients in a wide variety of subject matter, including corporate, commercial, regulatory and tax
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Candidates must be flexible and work extended hours when necessary to complete projects in a timely fashion
- Exercise good judgment and provide practical solutions

3. Regional Product Marketing Manager
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the South-East Asia and India sales teams to drive product understanding and adoption with advertising customers
- localizing and synthesizing product resources as required for the market
- Partner with the overall Product Marketing team in Menlo Park, California and London, England to help roll out new advertising products and feature enhancements
- Distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
- Run scaled alpha and beta tests in market. Aggregate individual clients needs into broader trends/analysis
- Inspire action through data-driven insights & identify scalable path to grow product adoption in region
- Partner closely with Sales Training to lead, design and participate in training programs to further product knowledge within Sales
- Work with Marketing Communications team to ensure product materials are customized for market use and marketing channels are leveraged
Requirements :
- 7+ years professional experience in technology or advertising
- Experience working in (preferably having lived in) one or more of the following Southeast Asian markets – Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam
- Has demonstrated product marketing expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
- Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
- Strong customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity
- Has demonstrated the ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
- Has excellent organization and people skills and the ability to be flexible and set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
- A passion for Facebook products a plus.
4. Head of Public Policy, Indonesia
Responsibilities :
- Monitor the Indonesian political and policy environment for issues that interest and impact the company
- Work with the Government of Indonesia, private sector partners and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on issues of privacy, safety and security, intellectual property, e-governance, content policy and other technology-relevant public policy concerns
- Actively promote the uses of Facebook with policy-makers and influencers in both electoral and governing bodies
- Represent Facebook in meetings with politicians and policy-makers
- Build industry coalitions to help advance and support Facebook’s policy agenda
- Communicate Facebook’s positions in public presentations and with media
- Enhance the policy community's understanding of the Facebook platform bette
- Advise Facebook teams on public policy matters emerging in Indonesia.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience managing legislation and/or government relations and advocacy work
- Keen understanding of Indonesia's political system, environment and institutions
- Outstanding judgment and persuasive skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Experience in policy work for a multinational corporation or government preferred
- Interest in emerging technologies and policy work
- Superb written and oral communications skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and the English language in both conversation and writing
- Advanced degree in public policy, a related field or law degree preferred
- Fluency in technology and a passion for Facebook.
5. Technical Systems Engineering Manager, Business Integrity
Responsibilities :
- Manage a small to medium-sized team of technical individuals (with the majority of their time being devoted to applications engineering/tools development)
- Leverage technical skills such as PhP and other object-oriented programming knowledge to successfully drive infrastructure & tool improvements for new products and existing processes and workflows
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product and Engineering to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
- Lead with expertise regarding scalable solutions to impact audience and advertiser behavior including the impact of policy on our communities
- Be the gatekeeper of system integrity by deep-diving into stability issues if needed, staying on top of code quality
- Lead the team by being a strong voice for them and aligning closely with cross-functional partners, driving towards the same business and company goals
- Be able to drive the team to impact and communicate it effectively
- Understand business needs, context and gaps and creatively come up with possible solutions to problems by leveraging tools/infrastructure knowledge
Requirements :
- Bachelor¹s degree in engineering or quantitative disciplines such as math, statistics, computer science, information systems
- 7+ years professional work experience including at least 2 years of direct people management experience
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages and system design (Php skills preferred but not a must)
- Experience with engineering disciplines, systems testing and design is a strong preference
